Decskill, an IT consulting company operating in Lisbon, seeks an IT Risk Specialist for a dynamic role involving Cloud solutions and IT Risk topics. The successful candidate will coordinate assessments, report progress, and ensure data quality in BNPP Group Tool. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in IT Risk and proficiency in ServiceNow GRC. Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area.
• Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated.
• Ability to travel within and outside of Portugal.

We would like to meet an IT Risk Specialist & Middle Office!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating Cloud solutions’ assessment related deliverables.
• Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders.
• Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality in BNPP Group Tool regarding IT Third Parties.
• Perform duties related to the administration and follow-up of processes of COE ICT Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to:
• Key Risk Indicators.
• Obsolescence.
• Permanent Controls.
• Risks related to third party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutions.
• Recommendations follow-up.
• Historical Incidents.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise).
• ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience.
• ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable.
• Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated.
• Very good expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel.
• Very good organisational and communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting.
• Aim to deliver very high quality results, respecting the deadlines.
