Job summary

Closer Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Risk Analyst to lead risk assessment and mitigation in complex banking environments. The role is hybrid with Lisbon or Porto locations and requires strong knowledge of IT risk frameworks, SDLC, cyber security, and regulatory considerations.

English proficiency at C1 is essential, and ServiceNow GRC experience is a major plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk controls, develop KRIs, and support governance committees

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of IT Risk Management, IT Audit, and/or IT Security within the Banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT Risk Management frameworks, SDLC, Cyber Security, Fraud, and Data Governance.
• Hands-on experience assessing operational risk incidents, RCSA, Risk ID frameworks, and data analysis.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC tool and ISO 31000 / ISACA CRISC certifications are a major plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with high regard for confidentiality and integrity.
• Hybrid - Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
• English C1 (fluent written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage IT & Cyber risks arising from existing IT assets, production environments, and projects under Wealth Management scope.
• Adopt and apply Group IT Risk frameworks, monitoring risk profiles, dashboards, and mitigation actions.
• Assess operational, financial, legal, and regulatory risks associated with production incidents and record them in risk management tools.
• Produce timely IT Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and reporting for Internal Control and Management Committees.
• Accompany IT projects to ensure risk management is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
