Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking an IT QA Tech Lead (m/f) for a hybrid role in Portugal. The candidate will provide IT application support, lead QA activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Hikma sites, ensuring GxP compliance and strong documentation practices.

The role requires 5+ years in IT application support, experience with QMS/DMS, and excellence in English communication. The company offers direct contract, competitive salary, health and life insurance, and growth

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years IT experience in computer applications support.
Experience with Quality Management Systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Knowledge of computer validation processes and practices.
Strong English communication and documentation skills.
Familiar with QMS/DMS; Laboratory Information Management is a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide technical support to users of applications, including troubleshooting issues and guiding on usage.
Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and QA analysts to ensure optimal performance and alignment with needs.
Monitor and report on system performance metrics, uptime and user feedback for improvements.
Lead new projects and rollouts to Hikma sites, coordinating activities and reporting deviations.
Process security requests per SOPs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Produce required documentation including URS/FS/DS and ensure GxP compliance.
