Job summary

Ankix ищет опытного менеджера проекта и бизнес-аналитика для руководства энд-енд проектами в IT-среде. Требуется 7–10+ лет опыта, преимущественно в страховом секторе, с умением работать в крупной компании и взаимодействовать с топ-менеджерами.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Management
• 7 to 10 or more years of experience in IT project management and business analysis (which may be more than 10 years)
• Professional experience in large companies, with exposure to IT and technology projects
• Experience in the insurance sector, with sufficient business knowledge to understand its processes, question assumptions, and contribute to defining solutions
• Proven experience in independently managing and delivering end-to-end projects
• Previous professional experience combining Project Management (PM) and Business Analysis (BA) responsibilities in a single role
• Experience in small, multidisciplinary teams, where it is common to take on different responsibilities and perform several roles simultaneously
• Communication and presentation skills at executive level
• Strong ability to organize and structure work
• Ability to question decisions and present constructive, well-founded counterarguments to senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English
