Next Engineering is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead software and IT projects, coordinating internal teams and clients across borders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role offers fully remote work with occasional travel. You should have 5+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and hands-on experience with MS Project and OpenAir.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (software and IT projects).
• Strong systems, development, and networks.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall knowledge.
• Willingness to manage international projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Open Air or comparable PSA software solutions is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working fully remotely and with occasional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources and priorities.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and changes.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the escalation point for project-related issues.

• +5 years of experience as a Project Manager (software and IT projects);
