PrimeIT is seeking a Project Manager based in Lisbon to lead medium-sized and complex projects. You will manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, and develop robust project plans with clear communication.

The role requires a degree in IT/Software/Engineering, 10 years of experience, and strong stakeholder management. You will drive risk mitigation, collaboration across teams, and executive reporting to enable informed decisions.

Qualificações

• 10 years of experience managing medium-sized and complex projects.
• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, costs, quality, risks, and project execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively and resolve critical project roadblocks.

• Ensure effective management of project scope, timelines, costs, and quality.
• Develop and monitor project plans, including execution, communication, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure financial execution is aligned with project planning and objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships through clear and assertive communication.
• Prepare project status reports, management information, and support decision-making processes.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve project constraints and blockers.
• Promote collaboration across teams and ensure successful project delivery.
