Go4Mobility, via Sendit, is seeking an IT Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead medium- to large-scale technology projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and maintain quality standards.

You will promote Agile practices, manage risks, and act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders in a hybrid Lisbon-based role (2–3 days at the office). English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical knowledge enabling effective communication with development teams.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Strong results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in release management, including change control and understanding its impact on product consistency and evolution.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).

• Act as the primary point of contact between technical and business stakeholders
• Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Ensure alignment between project objectives and business strategy
• Produce and maintain project documentation and progress reports
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices
• Manage the application release lifecycle, ensuring planning, coordination, validation of deliverables, and version and quality control
