Go4Mobility's Sendit division in Lisbon is seeking an IT Project Manager with a strong technical background to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery with high quality. You will manage end-to-end projects, apply Agile methods, and act as the primary link between technical and business stakeholders, overseeing risks, timelines, budgets, and release activities.

A degree in Computer/Software Engineering and proven project-management experience are required;

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee medium- to large-scale technology projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from definition through to final delivery.
• Apply and promote Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Ensure alignment between project objectives and business strategy.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
• Manage the application release lifecycle, ensuring planning, coordination, validation of deliverables, and version and quality control.

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience in managing technology projects. This role will play a central part in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget, and with the expected quality standards.

Responsabilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee medium- to large-scale technology projects
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from definition through to final delivery

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge enabling effective communication with development teams
• Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
• Strong results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in release management, including change control and understanding its impact on product consistency and evolution
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
