Job summary

Noesis is seeking a Product Owner to analyze business requirements, define and maintain the product backlog, and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and the development team. You will write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize work based on value and feasibility, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies to support the workflow.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Product Owner roles, strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, and experience with Jira.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Product Owner or similar roles.
• Ability to define strategy and life cycle of a tech product.
• Experience with user stories, use cases, workflows, wireframes and functional specs.
• Experience in an Agile work environment.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with product and backlog management tools like Jira.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization of requirements.
• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Create, maintain and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on product objectives and functionalities. Develop, manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user feedback and technical feasibility. Write user stories and define clear and objective acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and product vision. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to support the workflow.
