Ocupacao in Lisboa is seeking a Product Owner to shape product vision, manage backlog, and collaborate with agile teams.

You will translate business needs into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Candidates should have a degree in CS or related field, 4+ years of experience, Jira experience, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles.
• Ability to define the strategy and life cycle of a technological product.
• Experience in the use of user stories, use cases, workflows, wireframes and functional specifications.
• Professional experience in an Agile work environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with product and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize product requirements.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
