Job summary

A Randstad Digital procura um IT Network Manager para integração direta, em Sines, com modelo híbrido de trabalho. A função envolve gerir redes de cliente, coordenar projetos técnicos e garantir conformidade com padrões de cybersecurity e OT.

O candidato ideal tem forte experiência em redes, Cisco, Firewalls e virtualização, com foco em automação e monitorização. O papel requer liderança, gestão de fornecedores e colaboração com equipas de IT, Cybersecurity e Automação.

Qualifications

• Experiência sólida em Administração de Redes.
• Conhecimento de Cisco e ferramentas de supervisão.
• Certificações CCNA/CCNP são desejáveis.
• Formação em Engenharia/Sc.

Responsibilities

• Gerir, manter e monitorizar a rede do cliente.
• Apoiar projetos de networking em aspetos técnicos e coordenar clientes e parceiros internos.
• Colaborar com equipa local de IT e equipa de Service Management em resolução de incidentes/problemas.
• Documentar e garantir que alterações de rede estão em conformidade com padrões de cybersecurity, IT e OT.
• Trabalhar de forma alinhada com IT, Cybersecurity, Eng. e equipas de Automação.
• Colaborar com a equipa de Application Management para evitar disrupções em sistemas críticos.
• Contribuir para melhoria de processos no roadmap de transformação com foco em RPA e monitorização.
• Desenhar, implementar/migrar e suportar projetos de Networking, Automação & OT Security.
• Desenvolver soluções de automação, identificando onde deve ser usada e implementando com equipas de operações.
• Colaborar com outras equipas e fornecedores para assegurar um excelente serviço de IT.
• Procurar oportunidades de melhoria contínua em networking com base em expansão de terminais e tecnologias transformacionais.

• Manage, maintain, and monitor our client networking.
• Support the networking projects in technical matters and coordinate both customers and internal partners.
• Work with local IT team and service management consulting team in the resolution of incidents/problems.
• Document and guarantee network changes will be compliant with cybersecurity, IT and OT standards.
• Work in line and collaboratively with IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering and Automation team groups.
• Work in combination with Application Management team to avoid business disruption in critical systems.
• Work in process improvement as part of transformational roadmap considering RPA in monitoring and problem-solving anticipation.
• Support the design, implement and/or migrate, and support projects with focus on Networking, Automation & OT Security solutions.
• Actively develop automation engineering solutions, identifying where automation should be used, and working with operations teams to implement solutions.
• Work closely and collaborate with the other teams and third parties / vendors to provide an excellent overall IT Service.
• Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous networking improvement based on terminal expansion and transformational technologies and propose improvement activities.
• Implement new networking designs and changes based on Cybersecurity and OT standards.
• Work closely to Automation team on new equipment acquisition and networking integration to existing networking setup.
• Manage local, regional and global stakeholders to stablish best practices and standards across other terminals.

requisitos/requirements

• Solid background in Network Administration.
• In-depth experience in Cisco network supervision tools and component.
• Knowledge and experience in Routing, Switching, TShot, VPN, FW.
• Firewall configuration (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
• Knowledge of networks, technologies, and security protocols
• Solid knowledge in Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Knowledge in Dynatrace, monitoring and other troubleshooting scanning tool.
• Welcome knowledge in usage of RPA on proactive networking monitoring.
• Good problem-solving, analysis capability and investigation mindset.
• Ability on managing third party suppliers (managed services).
• Strategic thinking and capability of operationalizing daily basis tasks and hands-on approach.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High ability on managing leadership and stakeholders in local, regional and global layers.
• Experience in team management/leading role.
• Bsc/MSc in Network Engineering.
• CCNA and CCNP certifications (plus)
• Fluent in English.
