The role focuses on patching coverage, compliance reporting, vulnerability remediation, policy management, and process development, while contributing to IT risk, audit, monitoring, and asset management activities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT Operations, IT Governance, or IT infrastructure role.
• Experience with patching, vulnerability management, network monitoring or security remediation processes.
• Demonstrable experience producing operational or compliance reporting.
• Experience developing and documenting IT processes, policies, or procedures.
• Familiarity with IT audit, risk management, or compliance activities.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.G. ITIL) and security standards (e.G. ISO 27001).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure administration and Windows.
• Strong understanding of IT operational control environments.

• Support and strengthen core IT operational and governance processes.
• Ensure effective patching coverage, compliance reporting, vulnerability remediation, policy management, and process development.
• Contribute to IT risk, audit, monitoring, and asset management activities.
• Act as a key control function within IT Operations to improve consistency and reduce risk.
• Maintain and improve the IT Knowledgebase and promote self-service.
• Assist with IT risk management, audits, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Provide monitoring and operational coverage for network and monitoring tools.
