You will support daily IT operations, maintain equipment and networks, and assist staff with first-line technical support to ensure safe and efficient work.

Qualificações

• Graduation in IT Equipment Management - Level IV Qualification.
• Active registration as unemployed at the Employment Center (IEFP).
• No previous professional internship funded by IEFP at the same qualification level.
• Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, basic networking, and diagnostic and repair procedures.
• Knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and network equipment.
• Support the setup of workstations, including user accounts, software configurations, and access permissions.
• Provide first-line technical support to internal users, assisting with hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Help organize the IT inventory and document technical procedures and intervention logs.
• Assist in monitoring system status and support the implementation of EASA Part-IS security procedures.
• Participate in corporate software installations and coordinate with international teams on global IT requests.

As an IT Hardware & Systems Technician | INTERN, you will support our daily office and hangar operations by helping to keep our IT equipment, networks, and workstations running smoothly. You will assist the IT team in providing first-line technical support to our staff, ensuring they have the digital tools and access needed to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and network equipment.
• Support the setup of workstations, including user accounts, software configurations, and access permissions.
• Provide first-line technical support to internal users, assisting with hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Help organize the IT inventory and collaborate on documenting technical procedures and intervention logs.
• Assist in monitoring system status and support the implementation of EASA Part-IS security procedures.
• Participate in corporate software installations and coordinate with international teams on global IT requests.

What you need to have:
