Devoteam is seeking a Software Asset and Licensing Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of software assets, ensuring compliant usage and optimization across client engagements. You will analyze usage data, coordinate with procurement and consultancy teams, and identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining compliance.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate licensing insights into executive-level recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Software asset and license lifecycle management.
• Tracking licensed assets: acquired, assigned, installed and used licenses to identify discrepancies and optimization opportunities.
• Supporting consultancy teams in gathering evidence for compliance analysis and ELP.
• Identifying idle, underutilized, or unsuitable licenses relative to user profiles.
• Proposing reharvesting, downgrade, reuse, and license optimization actions to drive cost efficiency.
• Monitoring changes in licensing models and metrics from major software vendors.
• Supporting renewal, procurement, true-up/true-down processes, and vendor negotiations.
• Supporting audits and compliance processes conducted by software vendors.

Job Description
