Essity AB in Lisbon seeks an IT Business Analyst for Direct Procurement to ensure stable daily operations and drive SAP-based improvements. You will own the full lifecycle from support to solution design, collaborating with global teams and contributing to major Source to Pay initiatives.

You will balance run support with project work, lead discussions with business stakeholders, and help transform procurement processes with a focus on user experience and data quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong SAP knowledge (S4/HANA, MM, ECC) and Office 365 experience.
• Experience in Project Management and direct procurement interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary IT point of contact and functional lead for Direct Procurement, owning the full lifecycle from daily support to solution design and delivery.
• Provide first and second line SAP MM support, resolve incidents, coordinate tickets, ensure stable operations.
• Lead functional analysis and solution definition for enhancements, new demands and changes.
• Contribute to Essity-wide Source to Pay digital transformation through data migration testing and quality assurance.
• Own specific solutions or sub-domains over time as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support projects with planning, coordination, testing and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and global IT teams for smooth handovers and implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes and user experience via training and documentation.
