Noesis is seeking a Business Analyst in Porto to participate in the Azure DevOps adoption project. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing business requirements and supporting the implementation of best practices within Azure DevOps.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree related to Computer Science or Information Systems and have a minimum of 3 years of experience, especially in retail or customer loyalty. Strong analytical skills and fluent English are essential.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Participate in the Azure DevOps adoption and implementation project within the Loyalty Solutions team
• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements related to the use of Azure DevOps
• Support the design and implementation of processes, workflows, backlogs, user stories, and best practices within Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond the Loyalty Solutions domain to ensure alignment and successful implementation
• Ensure business requirements are translated into clear, structured, and high‑quality functional specifications, adapting the solution to business needs

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid hands‑on experience in Azure DevOps
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Strong analytical and critical mindset, ensuring the quality, consistency, and completeness of business requirements; experience in Retail and/or Customer Loyalty environments is a plus
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
