Decskill in Lisbon is seeking an Asset Management & Logistics Specialist to manage IT assets, inventory control, and logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient service.

You will perform data analysis, maintain asset records, coordinate movements, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Fluent Portuguese and English are required, and a valid driving license in Portugal is preferred.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Logistics, Inventory Management, and Asset Management.
• Experience identifying and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Experience managing asset lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Valid driving license in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Manage the full lifecycle of assets, preferably IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making.
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics activities and asset movements.
• Prioritize workloads effectively while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
