PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking an IT Asset Manager to optimize the IT asset lifecycle and ensure accurate inventory control across the organization. The role focuses on asset procurement, allocation, returns, replacements and disposal, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics or asset management, solid Excel skills, and hands-on experience with devices like laptops, desktops, monitors and printers.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, stock management or asset management.
• Experience managing the IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Experience with inventory control, asset tracking and equipment allocation.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups, filters).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking.
• Allocate equipment to users and manage returns and reassignments.
• Analyze asset data to optimize costs and utilization.
• Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to improve asset processes.

We are looking for an IT Asset Manager with:

3+ years of experience in logistics, stock management, inventory control or Asset Management

Experience managing the IT asset lifecycle, from acquisition and allocation to return, replacement and disposal

Experience with inventory control, asset tracking and equipment allocation

Strong analytical and data management skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups, filters, data reconciliation)

Experience with IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and other IT equipment is a plus

Location: Lisbon, 100% On-site

Salary Package & Benefits: 920€ a 1500€ (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
