Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Portugal is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to join the Operations Group on-site. You will bridge production, supply chain and quality to improve visibility of performance and support decision making.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication and attention to detail, with a likelihood of direct contract and growth opportunities within a fast-paced pharma manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong data gathering, analysis and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation and validation of production data.
• Monitor adherence to production plans and report deviations.
• Track execution from planned production through release and shipment readiness.
• Support day-to-day operational follow-up across manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain.
• Prepare and maintain operational trackers and KPIs.
• Contribute to process standardization and new tools/workflows.
