Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking an IP Legal Senior Specialist to drive contract strategy and lifecycle management in a global setting. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to draft, negotiate, and maintain NDAs and other agreements throughout their lifecycle.

In this role you will guide on contract topics, manage risks, and ensure timely execution while leveraging digital tools to streamline processes. Candidates should be fluent in English, with German knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Law degree with strong understanding of legal and contractual concepts.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and managing contracts across lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with ownership from identification to resolution.
• Excellent organization and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools and document management.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage NDAs throughout their lifecycle.
• Prepare, review, and maintain contractual agreements with legal/business stakeholders.
• Advise on contract topics and resolve contractual challenges.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete activities on time.
• Drive contract management processes to closure, identify risks, and remove obstacles.
• Leverage document automation and digital platforms to support lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to process/tool/workflow improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
