Webbing USA Inc. is seeking a Device & SIM Engineer to join its team, working hands-on with IoT devices, SIM/eSIM technologies and global connectivity solutions.

This is a technical and hands-on role owning device onboarding end-to-end, troubleshooting connectivity and interoperability issues across devices, SIM/eSIM and mobile networks, and collaborating with customers, device vendors, and internal engineering teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Cellular Device Testing or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cellular architecture and call flows.
• Proficiency with IP networking protocols.
• Experience with trace and network analysis tools.
• Ability to design verification plans and test scenarios.
• Experience with RSP and GSMA SGP.02/22/32 architectures.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Own device onboarding end-to-end, including connectivity testing and test reports.
• Test and validate IoT and consumer devices across connectivity solutions.
• Investigate connectivity issues using device, SIM, and network traces.
• Run and maintain Webbing lab as isolated infrastructure.
• Build verification plans, define test scenarios, and run test cases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners and R&D to improve solutions.
• Work with SIM vendors on applets and configurations.
• Support investigation and validation of SIM, eSIM, OTA, and Remote SIM Provisioning.
