Nordea Asset Management Portugal seeks a motivated intern to join the Financial Crime & Distribution Controls team in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte). The internship focuses on AML/CFT, sanctions and distribution controls, with hands-on operations and exposure to cross-border processes.

You will complete due diligence, conduct PEP and sanctions screening, and contribute to process improvements while working on-site at 1,400 € gross per month plus a meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or holding a degree in law, finance or economics.
• Willingness to learn AML/CFT and distribution regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Complete due diligence reviews for customers, distributors, or assets.
• Perform PEP and sanctions screening and transaction monitoring.
• Contribute to ongoing AML/CFT process improvements.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and reporting.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-border AML/CFT projects.
• Promote a sound AML/CFT culture.
