Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to maintain efficient warehouse operations in Queluz de Baixo, Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inventory control, packing and shipping, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced team setting.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate's in logistics preferred) and 1–2 years in a warehouse or inventory role, with experience in Oracle JDE 8.12 or DSI advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's in logistics or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in warehouse, logistics or inventory management desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory software (Oracle JDE 8.12 or DSI) is an advantage.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office; able to operate warehouse equipment with certification.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control: regular checks to ensure stock accuracy and accessibility.
• Storage optimization: maximize space with organized labeling and categorization.
• Receiving goods: verify quantities and complete receiving documentation.
• Preparation of shipments: pick, pack, ship, and prepare outgoing orders.
• Documentation maintenance: record inventory transactions using ERP and generate reports.
• Safety and cleanliness: uphold safety standards and keep the warehouse clean.
• Equipment maintenance: perform routine checks on trolleys, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
• Coordination: liaise with sales and customer service to fulfill orders.
• Problem resolution: address inquiries on shipments, discrepancies, or delivery schedules.
