Zumub offers an on-site role in Cacém - Sintra with one remote working day per week, focusing on inventory accuracy, planning and procurement lifecycle. The team collaborates across Operations and Logistics to maintain stock integrity and optimize turnover.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience with strong Excel skills and English proficiency. A competitive salary and benefits are provided, with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in monitoring service levels and inventory performance.
• Previous experience managing and negotiating with suppliers.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficient management of stock movements and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and execute inventory planning and optimization strategies.
• Coordinate purchasing-related administrative processes, including product registration, purchase orders and invoice control.
• Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle, from order creation to warehouse receipt.
• Manage and improve inventory management systems and stock control processes.
• Monitor service levels, replenishment performance and inventory turnover metrics.
• Optimize procurement activities to balance stock availability and inventory efficiency.
• Work closely with Operations, Logistics and other departments to ensure inventory integrity and business continuity.
