Zumub seeks a Buyer – Supply Chain Operations Specialist to efficiently manage the flow of goods and maintain accurate stock levels. You will develop inventory strategies, coordinate product creation, orders, and invoices, and ensure the full order lifecycle up to warehouse reception.

The role requires analytical skills, advanced Excel, and fluent English, with responsibilities spanning supplier negotiations and cross-team collaboration. On-site in Cacém – Sintra with one remote day per week.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Analytical skills for stock data with advanced Excel.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Experience in supplier negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods and maintain stock levels.
• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies.
• Coordinate product creation, order placement and invoice validation.
• Ensure order lifecycle from creation to warehouse reception.
• Monitor and maintain inventory management systems.
• Control service levels and stock turnover.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure stock integrity and meet operational needs.
