Grupo Nortempo is seeking an International Mobility Specialist to manage international assignments in Porto and serve as the main contact for employees, HR partners, and leaders. The role requires coordinating proposals, cost projections, and ensuring policy compliance across mobility programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in International Mobility, with experience in a multinational setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, law, business administration or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of international mobility experience.
• Experience in a multinational environment, Shared Services is a plus.
• Good understanding of tax and immigration legislation.
• Fluency in English.

Grupo Nortempo is currently looking for an International Mobility Specialist (M/F) for a client in the area of Porto.

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS

• Manage and coordinate international assignments from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees, HR Business Partners and business leaders.
• Prepare assignment proposals and cost projections.
• Support mobility optimization initiatives and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with mobility policies and procedures.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage assignment-related activities within HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Support expatriates throughout their assignments.
• Handle international mobility administration, including tax equalization and benefits-related processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the International Mobility team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in International Mobility.
• Experience in a multinational environment (Shared Services experience will be valued).
• Good understanding of tax and immigration legislation.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with SuccessFactors will be considered a plus.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
