Smart Consulting in Porto is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead banking sector initiatives. You will coordinate complex projects across international teams in Lisbon and Paris, driving milestones and clear reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in project management, fluency in French (C1), and solid IT experience in financial services. You will apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and ensure robust documentation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Must have French at C1 level (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years in project management/co-ordination.
• Experience in IT environments with banking/financial sector.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong reporting, risk management and milestone tracking.
• Experience creating and maintaining project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor projects in the banking sector.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies and project plans.
• Collaborate with international teams in Lisbon and Paris.
• Support implementation of project management best practices.
• Attend follow-up meetings and action tracking.
