Smart Consulting in Porto is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead banking sector initiatives. You will coordinate complex projects across international teams in Lisbon and Paris, driving milestones and clear reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in project management, fluency in French (C1), and solid IT experience in financial services. You will apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and ensure robust documentation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT environments with banking/financial sector.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong reporting, risk management and milestone tracking.
• Experience creating and maintaining project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What we're looking for?

• French C1 level (mandatory)
• Solid experience in project management and coordination (4+ years)

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
• Previous experience in companies such as Accenture or KPMG
• Regulatory knowledge in the financial sector
• Portuguese and English are a plus

Junior Salary Package: €12,880 to €21,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits Mid Salary Package: €14,000 to €28,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits Senior Salary Package: €20,000 to €49,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits
