Internal Service Sales Engineer Trainee | After Sales Department

Reporting directly to the Supervisor of the Service Business Department, the selected candidate will have the following duties:

• Remote monitoring and diagnosis of equipment operation;
• Perform technical and commercial service proposals;
• Costs allocation and issuing invoices for services provided;
• Managing subcontractors and maintenance contracts;
• Supporting technicians on site, namely scheduling and preparing the service.

Our ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in the role or experience in after-sales would be appreciated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy and responsibility in setting realistic deadlines for the completion of tasks, ensuring strict follow-up of activities.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B1)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
