Accenture Portugal is seeking a People Engagement Business Partner to lead innovative internal communications that inform, inspire, engage, and entertain colleagues across Portugal and beyond.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, manage content across channels including Viva Engage and the internal newsletter, and ensure messaging is consistent with Accenture language and branding. Strong writing, project management, and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience with internal communications.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish valued.
• Experience in integrated internal communications strategy development.
• Strong stakeholder management in a global matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the MU PE Business Partner Lead for Spain & Portugal on communications strategy and plans.
• Implement and run the communications strategy and programs that advance global, EMEA and MU business strategy.
• Be the business partner and authority on People Engagement communications with Marketing and Communications and key business leaders.
• Develop and deliver content across channels, ensuring timing and relevance.
• Track communications in the central PE calendar and optimize content agendas.
• Measure and share insights on programs and performance.
• Manage the internal email newsletter content for Tue/Wed/Thu audiences.
• Develop content for Viva Engage for Portugal and leadership.
• Ensure audience-first narratives using data and advanced targeting.
• Maintain consistency of Accenture language, tone, and formatting.
