Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Integration Engineer to join our Lisbon team in a hybrid work model. You will lead API integration projects, design and maintain MuleSoft-based solutions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).

Your Main Responsabilities Will Be

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of API integration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project objectives are met.
• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led architecture principles.
• Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and defect management activities to ensure reliable and high‑quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and support project governance.
• Monitor incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of professional experience
• At least 3 years of hands‑on MuleSoft experience in project‑based environments.
• Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and API‑Led Connectivity Architecture.
• Solid knowledge of Java and Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments.
• Experience in technical project coordination, including effort/cost estimation, planning, risk management, and business requirements analysis.
• Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch/Kibana) and network architecture.
• English B2 level or higher.
• French is a plus.
