Retail Consult in Porto is seeking an Integration Lead to join our Delivery team, driving integration strategies across client projects and large transformations. You will shape technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You will design and implement integrations using OIC, Java Spring, or Kafka, lead colleagues, and mentor peers while ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of overall experience in software development or system integration.
• At least 3 years in Integration Lead or Senior Integration Consultant roles.
• Strong experience with PL/SQL and ORDS (mandatory).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java Spring or Kafka.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of integration components.

• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure operational excellence.

• Experience with Oracle Retail Architecture and Integration, is a strong plus, but not mandatory;
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments and lead technical discussions;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Availability to travel;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
