Retail Consult is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst for their team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you'll support the execution of test plans and ensure delivery quality for Oracle Retail solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with teams and clients.

We are currently seeking for Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing delivery team in Porto, Portugal.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the creation and execution of test plans for Oracle Retail solutions and other retail projects
• Participate in defining testing strategies and approaches to ensure delivery quality
• Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance tests, reporting results and issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure requirements compliance
• Document test cases and contribute to continuous QA process improvement
• Take part in internal initiatives to promote QA best practices

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably functional and integration testing
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-evolving field
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Experience with automation tools
• Fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory
