We are currently seeking an Integration Lead to join our growing Delivery team in Porto, Portugal.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and implement integration solutions, as part of large transformation programs, using different tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java Spring or Kafka;
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable and reliable solutions;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of integration components;
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to other team members;
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure operational excellence;
• Contribute to project planning, estimations, and risk management activities;

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of overall experience in software development or system integration roles;
• At least 3 years in similar Integration Lead or Senior Integration Consultant positions;
• Strong experience with PL/SQL and ORDS (mandatory);
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java Spring or Kafka;
• Experience with Oracle Retail Architecture and Integration, is a strong plus, but not mandatory;
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments and lead technical discussions;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Availability to travel;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
