Job Overview

Join our growing Delivery team in Porto, Portugal as a Data Analytics Consultant to help implement Analytics, BI, and AI solutions within large retail transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of Analytics, BI, and AI solutions for large transformation programs.
• Prepare and execute workshops with cross‑functional teams to gather analytical and reporting requirements and design optimal data architecture solutions considering KPIs, metrics, and workflows.
• Implement data governance strategies addressing security, privacy, and compliance.
• Build solutions using Oracle Retail Insights combined with other market‑leader platforms such as MS Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, etc.
• Elaborate technical specifications for components to be developed, aligned with the established architecture.
• Coordinate from a technical perspective the development team responsible for building the specified components.
• Support Go‑live preparation, execution, and stabilization of solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to end‑users, empowering clients to maximize the value of BI and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BI and analytics best practices (minimum 5 years).
• Experience as a System Integrator (SI) in BI implementations.\
• Strong ability to guide and support clients in the use and adoption of BI platforms.
• Exposure to and understanding of business processes supported by BI/Analytics solutions.
• Availability to travel.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Management, or Engineering‑related fields.
• Experience in retail.
• Experience with Oracle Retail Insights.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German.
