Retail Consult in Porto, Portugal seeks an experienced Integration Lead to join our Delivery team. You will design and implement integration solutions across large transformation programs, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable systems.

The role requires 5+ years in software or integration, with 3+ years in leadership, and strong PL/SQL/ORDS skills. English proficiency, travel willingness, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development or system integration experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Integration Lead or Senior Integration Consultant.
• Mandatory PL/SQL and ORDS experience.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java Spring or Kafka.
• Familiarity with Oracle Retail Architecture and Integration is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent English required.

What you'll be doing

• Design and implement integration solutions, as part of large transformation programs, using different tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java Spring or Kafka
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of integration components
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to other team members
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure operational excellence
• Contribute to project planning, estimations, and risk management activities

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of overall experience in software development or system integration roles
• At least 3 years in similar Integration Lead or Senior Integration Consultant positions
• Strong experience with PL/SQL and ORDS (mandatory)
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java Spring or Kafka
• Experience with Oracle Retail Architecture and Integration, is a strong plus, but not mandatory
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments and lead technical discussions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Availability to travel
• Fluency in English is mandatory
