Organon is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Planner to join the Supply Chain Operations team in Lisbon. You will translate demand signals into executable supply and fulfillment plans, balancing service, inventory, and cost while coordinating across Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

You will drive forecast accuracy and inventory health, lead governance for IBP/SOP, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or proven equivalent work experience in a related business concentration.
• 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and statistical models.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings with Commercial stakeholders.
• Translate demand plans into supply and fulfillment plans and monitor performance.
• Identify and resolve supply risks and disruptions; manage exceptions.
• Support IBP and SOP processes and governance.
• Own planning KPIs like forecast accuracy, service level, and inventory health.
• Maintain high-quality planning master data and system integrity, using SAP S/4HANA, IBP, APO.
