Vantiva in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain Operations team. You will work on consensus forecasts, manage data accuracy, and support the S&OP process in a fast-evolving environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Business Operations, ODM/OEM partners, and internal stakeholders to drive high-accuracy planning and inventory control.

Qualificações

• Degree in operations and supply chain management with 5+ years in demand planning.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Attention to detail with urgency and deadlines.
• Office tools: Power BI, Power Automate, Excel; AI knowledge is a plus.
• Kinaxis Rapid Response knowledge.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP and Lean knowledge advantageous.
• Comfortable in remote international teams; self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to influence.

Responsabilidades

• Support the S&OP process with Business Operations to establish consensus forecasts.
• Analyze variations of data (sales, consensus, constrained, management forecasts) and propose the best scenario weekly.
• Propose weekly GOP requirements to meet consensus forecasts in budgets.
• Demand management (shipping requests) as input for manufacturing partners.
• Master Data Management and improved automation of supply chain tools.
• Support product lifecycle management from NPI to end-of-life; risk reduction.
• Monitor and control inventory levels; support buffer stock programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data exchange during the product lifecycle.
