Vantiva is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst in Lisbon to join the Connected Home Global Supply Chain Operations. You will collaborate with Business Operations and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data and timely reporting, supporting strategic priorities.

The role requires a Master or Bachelor in supply chain/logistics and 5+ years in demand planning; strong Excel/Power BI skills; English required; remote-friendly international teamwork.

Qualificações

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in operations and supply chain management, Business Planning or +5 years of professional experience as a Demand Planning Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and develop insights into complex business data.
• Attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency and deadlines.
• A good command of Microsoft Office tools is required (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Excel, AI etc.).
• Kinaxis Rapid Response knowledge is required.
• SAP skills are not mandatory but are preferable.
• Comfortable in a remote and international teamwork environment; Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to influence internal direction.
• Language(s): English required; French and Spanish are an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Support the S&OP process with Business Operations to establish consensus forecasts (including monthly turnover and what-if analysis).
• Analyze variations of multiple data such as sales, consensus, constrained, and management forecasts, sales order coverage. Propose the best scenario to drive the supply chain accordingly on weekly basis following the S&OP deadlines.
• Proposes weekly requirements (GOP) to meet consensus forecasts in budgets.
• Demand management (shipping request) as a key input for the back office to be used with our manufacturing partners such as ODM, OEM, etc.
• Master Data Management, Improved Automation of Supply Chain Tools
• Support for product lifecycle management from NPI to end-of-life, risk reduction.
• Monitor and control inventory levels
• Support buffer stock programs (finished goods, ...)
• Generate key business outcomes around customer intimacy (internal and external), understanding market trends, and products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate exchange of business data during the product lifecycle.
