Job summary

Marsh in Lisbon is seeking an Insurance Operations Administrator to join the Insurance Operations team within Risk. The role is based in Lisbon and is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence at least three days a week.

This is a temporary one-year contract with potential extension. You will manage motor policies (individual and fleets), prepare proposals, calculate premium adjustments, issue policies, and liaise with clients and insurers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with insurances.
• English and Portuguese language proficiency.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel.

Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team, part of our Risk business at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You’ll be joining the operations team, supporting a diverse client portfolio and delivering a high-quality service to our clients and policyholders.

The Insurance Operations Administrator will play a crucial role and will be responsible for managing motor policies, specifically focusing on fleet management.

This role involves daily interactions with clients, presenting proposals, and maintaining databases related to fleet policies.

This is a temporary one-year contract, with the possibility of extension.

We will count on you to:

• Manage motor policies (individual and fleets);
