act digital in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Business Analyst specialized in Life Insurance to translate business needs into functional specs and drive Agile delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure regulatory alignment and successful project outcomes.

The role requires strong communication in English and French, plus 3+ years of BA experience in insurance.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Insurance industry experience, Life Insurance (Assurance Vie).
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes, products and operations.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to manage requirements across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• French language proficiency (B2/C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and challenge requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
• Drive collaboration between business and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to successful delivery of projects within Agile environments.
• Support testing, validation, and user adoption activities.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement clarification sessions with stakeholders.
• Ensure business needs are correctly understood by development teams.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to support project delivery.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support prioritization and backlog management activities.
• Produce and maintain key deliverables: User Stories, Functional Requirements, Functional Specifications, Test Books, Project Documentation, Meeting Decks, Status Reports.
• Ensure documentation remains clear, comprehensive, and up to date.
• Support test preparation and execution activities.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
• Assist in UAT and sign-off processes.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, testing, and delivered functionality.
