Aubay Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories, and to develop comprehensive test plans.

You will document and maintain robust functional and technical documentation, act as a liaison between business and technical teams, and work within an Agile environment. The role offers a hybrid work model with 2-3 days in Lisbon, emphasizing collaboration and a strong ethical culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with requirements analysis, functional specs, user stories, and test documentation/execution.
• Solid understanding of database models and technical architecture.
• Experience writing functional and technical documentation and communicating with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, proactive and autonomous.
• English at C1 level is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed requirements analysis, translating business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, including story mapping, to ensure solution quality and adherence to requirements.
• Create and maintain robust functional and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a key liaison, facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze data and understand complex database models.
• Contribute to parametrization and configuration tasks, ensuring alignment with functional requirements.
