Qualificações

• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media or related discipline.
• Strong graphic and brand design capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools and software.
• Experience across digital and offline design environments.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems and governance.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies in design.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve creative effectiveness and efficiency.

We’re looking for a highly creative Innovation Brand Designer to help shape the future of visual communication at Savills Portugal — combining strong design execution with innovation, AI and emerging creative technologies.

With a strong presence in the Portuguese market and part of a global real estate leader, Savills continues to evolve how it communicates, positioning design as a strategic driver of business impact — bridging business needs, brand excellence and creative innovation.

Location: Lisbon or Porto

What you’ll do:

• Deliver high-quality visual communication across campaigns, proposals, research, social media and corporate content.
• Support business teams with compelling, impactful design solutions that enhance communication and engagement.
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints, maintaining Savills’ visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital teams and business stakeholders to support commercial objectives.
• Drive innovation in design by exploring AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Introduce new creative approaches that improve efficiency, scalability and business impact.
• Promote experimentation, continuous learning and evolution of the Design function.

What We’re Looking for:

• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media or a related discipline.
• Strong graphic and brand design capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
• Experience across both digital and offline design environments.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems and brand governance.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing and digital content creation.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, creative automation, generative design and emerging creative technologies.
• Interest or experience in low-code, no-code or programming-based solutions applied to design, communication and creative innovation.
• Ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve creative effectiveness and efficiency.
• Strong visual storytelling capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese.
• Advanced professional English.
