Kyndryl is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional to drive design, integration, and delivery of enterprise systems across hybrid environments in Portugal. You will diagnose issues, design end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with Architects, Project Managers and Technicians to ensure reliable operations and scalable implementations.

Qualificações

• Deep expertise within technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes
• Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities
• Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability
• Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions
• Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies
• Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation
• Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors
• Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians
• Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders
• Build customer confidence by delivering tangible, high-impact results
• Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies

Required skills and experience

• Enterprise IT application experience
