Job summary

SODECIA seeks a Network & Infrastructure Engineer to support and evolve global infrastructure across plants, engineering centers, and corporate locations. You will work on LAN/WAN, cloud connectivity, and endpoint management, driving standardization and resilience while engaging in modernization projects with global IT teams.

The role offers exposure to infrastructure architecture, SD-WAN, and enterprise-scale environments, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and multi-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Network Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Workplace Engineering.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking principles and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
• Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and remote connectivity environments.
• Configure and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
• Troubleshoot network issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and connectivity services.
• Support network segmentation, resilience, monitoring, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Participate in SD-WAN and hybrid connectivity projects across multiple global locations.
• Support and maintain connectivity between on-premises environments, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate on cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Assist in improving the reliability, scalability, and availability of global infrastructure services.
• Manage Windows endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Support device provisioning, software deployment, configuration management, and patching.
• Contribute to endpoint standardization and lifecycle management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Connectivity

• Provide advanced L2/L3 support for infrastructure and network-related incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with local IT teams, managed service providers, and technology partners.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and transformation projects.

Continuous Improvement & Architecture

• Contribute to infrastructure standards, technical documentation, and best practices.
• Participate in infrastructure design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Support the evolution of Sodecia's global infrastructure roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, standardization, and operational improvement.

What We're Looking For

Required
