Allianz Partners in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (Infrastructure) to lead Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps and MLOps teams responsible for core cloud infrastructure and automation.

You will focus on people leadership, hiring, career development, and scaling the organisation, partnering with senior technologists to shape architecture while delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software across the business.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of engineering with at least 3 years in leadership or people management.
• Proven experience leading Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud teams.
• Experience managing multiple teams within a complex tech organisation.
• Strong background in performance management, career development, and workforce planning.

Responsabilidades
