PrimeIT is seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to join our Lisbon team. You will lead platform operations, automation, and infrastructure management across enterprise environments, using Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift, and ArgoCD to drive reliability and efficiency.

Qualificações

Strong experience in platform operations, automation, and infrastructure management.
Hands‑on experience with Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift, ArgoCD, and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of scripting and automation development using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or similar tools.
Understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ITIL processes, API security concepts (OAuth/OpenID), and stakeholder management in international environments.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain automation solutions, self‑healing mechanisms, and operational improvements to increase platform efficiency and reliability.
Monitor and manage platform capacity, performance, and resource utilization, supporting scalability and availability objectives.
Analyse recurring incidents, contribute to root cause analysis, and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support platform operations, incident resolution, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
