A2IT Technology is seeking an Infrastructure & Identity Security Engineer to join the Systems and Identity Engineering team in Portugal. You will manage Microsoft-based infrastructure, ensuring security, availability, and operational excellence across hybrid and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include maintaining Domain Controllers, AD, Exchange and Intune ecosystems; delivering 2nd/3rd line support; troubleshooting incidents; and producing documentation for critical national-level

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12th grade or equivalent technical/professional qualification.
• Mandatory experience in infrastructure hardening and security best practices across Windows Server, AD and Microsoft 365 environments.
• 4+ years in enterprise environments, including AD, Exchange, Hybrid (On-Prem + O365), Intune, Teams, and OneDrive for Business, Microsoft FIM/MIM.
• Solid technical knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD, SAN, Routing & Switching, Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, IPSec, QoS, TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6.
• Microsoft certifications (AD, Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange, Intune, SCCM) are a strong plus.
