Dellent ищет IaC/DevOps инженера в Лиссабоне для разработки и поддержки инфраструктуры через код, работу с мультиоблачными средами и внедрение GitOps. В должности важны лидерские качества и умение наставлять коллег.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и поддержка повторно используемых модулей IaC и сложных инфраструктурных паттернов multi‑облака/hybrid.
• Создание самообслуживаемых возможностей, инфраструктурных путей и рабочих процессов на GitOps.
• Определение стандартов IaC, стратегий тестирования и контроля качества, автоматизация проверок безопасности и соответствия.
• Управление состоянием инфраструктуры и полным циклом provisioning, обновлениями и удалением.
• Внедрение высокодоступных архитектур и оптимизация затрат, производительности и безопасности.
• Лидерство в командах, обзор кода и наставничество младших инженеров.
• Использование утвержденных AI-инструментов в повторяемых рабочих процессах, проверка сгенерированного кода, разрешений и рисков.

We are looking for an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) / DevOps Engineer.

Задачи

• Design and maintain reusable IaC modules and complex, multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure patterns
• Create self-service capabilities, paved roads and GitOps-based provisioning workflows
• Define IaC standards, testing strategies and quality controls, and automate security, compliance and policy checks
• Manage infrastructure state and automate the entire lifecycle of provisioning, updates and decommissioning
• Implement high-availability patterns and improve infrastructure costs, performance and security
• Lead adoption across teams, solve complex problems, review code and mentor less experienced engineers
• Use approved AI tools in repeatable workflows, validating generated code, permissions, blast radius and recovery risks

Требования

• Solid experience with Terraform or Crossplane and Azure, as well as GCP
• Experience designing reusable modules, managing state, GitOps and CI/CD for infrastructure
• Knowledge of infrastructure testing, policy-as-code, security analyses, secrets management, networking and IAM/RBAC
• Familiarity with observability, compliance automation, high availability, disaster recovery and FinOps
• Technical leadership, clear documentation and the ability to influence stakeholders and support adoption
