Job summary

Dellent — консалтинговая компания в области системной информации и телекоммуникаций, работающая в мультикультурной среде с глобальной охватностью. Вы будете возглавлять команды DevOps/SRE, формировать архитектуру и внедрять автоматизацию для эффективного сопровождения сложных цифровых систем.

Требуется лидерство, знание CI/CD, AKS, Azure DevOps и опыт работы с Spring Boot и Angular. Английский не ниже B2 обязателен; плюсом станет знание Terraform/Azure Bicep и практики AI-управления релизами.

Qualifications

• Требуется степень бакалавра в информатике или смежной области.
• Опыт руководством DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering команд.
• Опыт архитектурных решений, управления бэклогом, спринтами и практиками.
• Опыт Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD и автоматизации развёртываний.

• Опыт SonarQube, обзоров кода и интеграции Jira.

Responsibilities

• Обеспечивать качество кода и интеграцию с Jira.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a DevOps Tech Lead, leading and mentoring DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering teams
• Technical leadership skills, including architectural decisions, backlog management, sprint planning and definition of best practices
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Hands-on experience with AKS, Helm charts, JFrog Artifactory and pipeline scripting
• Knowledge of SonarQube, code reviews and Jira integration
• Experience with build and deployment processes for Spring Boot and Angular applications
• Experience automating release processes and database migrations (Cosmos DB, Apache Cassandra)
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2)
